Our MemberDirect® Mobile Services allow you to log in to your account online using your Smartphone’s web browser. No need to register for this service. When you visit this website from your Smartphone, you will be automatically routed to the web-based interface version of the website which has been optimized for smaller screens.

How do I access mobile web?

It's easy...

  1. You have access to MemberDirect, Coastal Financial Credit Union's online banking

  2. You have logged into online banking at least once from a desktop computer

  3. When you're ready to access mobile web, simply visit www.coastalfinancial.ca/m from your smart phone browser

Mobile Web is Secure

  • Your personal information is just as secure using Mobile Web Banking as with online banking. The login is password protected (same as for online banking) and 128-bit SSL encryption protects your data.

  • If you lose your phone, your accounts can only be accessed if someone has the correct login credentials.

  • Security precautions: Mobile banking offers the same level of security and functionality offered by credit union’s online banking service. No downloading or installation required.

  • Time-out: To protect your information, your mobile banking session will end automatically if there has been no activity for 15 minutes.
