Overview of the 2026 Director Nomination and Election Process
For the 2026 Board of Directors election process, there are five (5) three-year terms and one (1) one-year term vacancies and members will elect candidates to fill these six (6) positions.
- Call for Nominations for the position of Director (February 16, 2026)
- Call for Nominations closes and all completed Nomination packages submitted (March 13, 2026)
- Nominations Committee reviews and recommends the nominees (March 17, 2026)
- List of approved nominees posted in all branches and on the CFCU website (includes candidate’s biography and photograph)+ (March 20, 2026)
- Voting Period+ (March 25 – April 21, 2026)
- Results of election announced at the Annual General Meeting (April 23, 2026)
+An election will only take place if there are more nominees than there are available board seats. For the 2026 board election, there are five (5) three-year terms, and one (1) one-year term available.
